With Cataclysm been released for almost a second week its time to (if not already) to start gearing up for those raids!

In part one I will be covering the elemental shaman gear drops from ***Regular*** dungeon drops.  I will be skipping the first two dungeons (Blackrock Caverns and Throne of Tides).  Also in this post Faction rewards will be covered for ***both*** Alliance and Horde.
